Our programme aims to maximise the impact of local insight, individual experience and data intelligence and use this learning to help drive improvements in how the Sheffield system works.
Below is more information about our Learning framework, our downloadable learning reports and some of our system mapping work
- We collate information from a range of qualitative and quantitative sources, including lived experience, to help define what needs to change
- We use different data sets and qualitative analysis to help gain clarity on the issue
- Working collaboratively we outline the change we want to see and using a LOGIC model define the activity, outcomes and resources it will take to achieve the desired impact
- We act, working alongside key stakeholders to enact the change
- We review, learn and where required adapt using an Agile approach
