How are we learning?
- We collate information from a range of qualitative and quantitative sources, including lived experience, to help define what needs to change
- We use different data sets and qualitative analysis to help gain clarity on the issue
- Working collaboratively we outline the change we want to see and using a LOGIC model define the activity, outcomes and resources it will take to achieve the desired impact
- We act, working alongside key stakeholders to enact the change
- We review, learn and where required adapt using an Agile approach

We spoke to people about their experiences of being cuckooed in Sheffield and analysed multiple data sets to better understand the scale of the issue and develop a victim profile
