This service is increasing the influence of people with lived experience of multiple disadvantage on the design and delivery of services and the city’s overall strategy and approach to multiple disadvantage.
They are working to increase the number of ways in which people currently experiencing multiple disadvantage can benefit from support from empathetic and credible role models.
Our Core Team has a caseload of 81 adults experiencing multiple disadvantage and is providing them with an enhanced offer of support.
Staff in the core team work citywide with caseloads of up to 7 in order to allow for intensive support over the life of the programme.
